This scheme is supported by the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities and is designed to cover assessors who are qualified to conduct EWS1 assessments.

As an eligible assessor, you can enter your details along with those for the premises you are about to survey to obtain a quotation for your EWS1 Professional Indemnity cover. For further information about what is covered please go to https://ews1gateway.co.uk

Once you complete the online application and elect to buy the insurance, the system will automatically issue your policy documents along with an invoice which needs to be settled within 60 days by bank transfer.

If you are returning to retrieve a quote please click on the retrieve quote button in the menu above and enter your quote reference.

If you have signed up to the customer portal, you can access your quotes and policies by clicking the Log In option above.

If you need to make a change or cancel your policy, please login to your account as described above to access the self service portal.
